本片讲述普通劳动者工作中遭遇的一系列曲折。剧情围绕经济发展过程中在企业生产中涌现的劳资矛盾展开，着力表现劳动者在劳动保障监察人员的帮助下，找到了维护自己合法权益的有效途径，维护了自身的尊严……。Edwin Antony (Hywel Bennett) is emasculated in an accident which kills a young philanderer. Doctors successfully replace his member with that of the dead man, but refuse to tell him the full story of the organ's origin.
