「のんのんびより」のあっとが角色原案を手掛ける海洋动画のOVA。数々のピンチを乗り越え、感動のラストを迎えたTV系列の後日談を描く。岬明乃率いる「晴風」の乗員たちに、新たなピンチが待ち受ける。。「爆TECH！爆丸」是以名为“爆丸”的动作卡牌游戏为题材的战斗动，故事便是描写将生命的热情倾注到“爆丸”上的少年们所展开的“爆TECH”之战，而“爆丸”这个游戏在设定上是使用可瞬间变形的球和卡牌所进行的联合作战。。Driving home late at night during a heavy rainstorm, Glen experiences car trouble.
