When a fateful romantic getaway between the two becomes a tense game of cat and mouse, both must confront the madness within him.。本片讲述一边是住在公寓的管理员，一边用PC制作并演奏唯一“喜欢的东西”——音乐的青年·清澄，与住在楼上的刚失恋的女性·潮的邂逅开始的青春故事。每天都很期待听清澄歌曲漏音传到楼上的潮，宣布要传播他的音乐，并在SNS上发布演奏视频。以此为契机，澄清的世界发生了巨大变化。。又是一次猫鼠周旋，钱形警部眼看就要把鲁邦铐上，不料却从暗地里射来一颗子弹。钱形中枪倒下，鲁邦循着枪声望去，只看见一只有着毒蜘蛛纹身的手，正握着一支与自己的爱枪一样型号的沃尔特P38，转瞬隐没在了阴影中…… 本作为鲁邦三世TVsp第九弹，于1997年8月1日放送。。
