35岁的马可为了照顾生病的父亲，放弃了他的厨师生涯，回到家乡意大利北部的乌迪内，在一家工厂工作。澳大利亚的餐厅向他发出邀请，他也以父亲为借口拒绝了。多年的好友克劳迪奥车祸去世，悲伤之余，决定接下好友生前的书店继续经营，也在此，邂逅了来到乌迪内寻求设计梦想的奥利维亚......。A young woman (Rosemary Wilcox) is haunted by pop-Freudian dreams of her recently murdered psychologist (and lover), so for some reason she goes to a resort where the psychologist liked to hang out and becomes involved with a gangster (Adolf Celli) and the strange female resort owner (Alida Valli). Soon more murders occur involving the other guests at the resort.。
