人死后会经历什么？这部系列纪录片探讨了个人故事、对濒死经历饿的研究、轮回和超自然现象。《日月凌空》用跌宕起伏的情节，勾画出了唐朝女皇武则天和巴蜀民间才女谢瑶环一段感人肺腑的忘年交。 此剧和单纯讲述历史故事不同，该剧在尊重历史的前提下，广采野史传奇，塑造了一批巾帼丽人、文墨骚客、江湖奇侠、舞姬术士等。除了在西安拍摄外，剧组还在涿州搭建了近30个具有唐代风格的室内大场景，还有上千套花团锦簇的唐代服饰、上百款各具特色的唐代发型和上千件制作精美的唐代兵器服饰，所有这些“盛唐符号”在勾画出盛唐官民生活细节的同时，也会再现盛唐的民俗风情。。The whole intrigue is centered around carte-blanche documents kept in a vault. Whoever fills in the blank becomes the owner of a revue. Big money is involved. The nephew of the owner of the vault is trying to cheat his uncle and have his name in the documents.
