13岁的安托万是个私生子，他与母亲和继父同住在巴黎。安托万得不到任何温暖。 安托万有个好朋友叫勒内，他们同在一所学校读书。安托万功课一直不好，又和老师合不来，有时老师就不准安托万在课间和同学们一起出去休息。他和勒内都很讨厌那个刻板严厉的学校，于是一起逃学……。The Moliere players are in their dressing room, getting ready to go on set. One actor mentions to another that his face reminds him of an opportunist turncoat he knew when he was in the Resistance. He then relates the adventure that he had in the Resistance, running an illegal radio station and dodging the Nazis.。
