乌丸与一（冈本信彦 配音）是一名从小就生长在山里的淳朴孩子，他唯一的愿望就是能够习得一流的剑术，每一天，他都为了愿望的达成而刻苦的修炼。这一天，父亲突然告诉与一，若要想继续提高剑术，与一必须前往繁华的都市之中去寻找新的挑战。与一听从了父亲的忠告，上路了。 初来乍到的与一寄住在斑鸠道场，然而在这里，挑战没有遇到，倒是遇到道场中四个如花似玉的大小姐。面对突如其来的访客，长女伊吹（佐藤利奈 配音）产生了本能的抗拒，但随着了解的加深，她对与一渐渐产生了好感。次女菖蒲（户松遥 配音）对与一也有着别样的感情，可是无论做什么都排在姐姐之后的她，这次可以夺得恋爱的头筹吗？而这复杂的感情在三女千早（田村由里香 配音）的眼里，居然成为了有趣的事情。末子笼目（花泽香菜 配音）没有姐姐们的好身手，但与一的到来同样让她明白了自己存在的价值。就这样，在斑鸠道场里，明日的与一究竟会面临着怎样的未来呢？。JERUSALEM takes audiences on an inspiring and eye-opening tour of one of the worlds oldest and most enigmatic cities.
