高海拉（罗美兰饰）7年前还是在业界叱咤风云的MD(常务理事)，凭借“工作狂”而闻名乘胜前进。但在过去的7年里，她是只埋头专注于育儿和家务事的主妇。在此期间她意识到自己的名字“高海拉”消失了，为了找回原来的角色和位置，她投身到了再就业战线。但在经历中断这一艰难的现实中，没有公司认可她之前的履历，为了重回职场她只好以实习生的身份孤军奋战。。A group of young offenders are delivered to an island for a week of character building exercises after one of their fellow inmates commits suicide..
