In the new series where it’s always summer, MP (Cunningham) and Jer (Jackson) are employees at a pool cleaning company called Agua Donkeys...。1930年代，擅长游泳的华镇龙（舒适 饰）被老谋深算的华七爷（郭秉 饰）骗到天津卫。当时那里正举行一场万国游泳赛，华以他独创的潜泳不可思议的夺冠，在场的洋人都目瞪囗呆。赛场博彩的有钱人发现押错了宝，便支使打手们收拾华镇龙，华在李子云（罗国梁 饰）等人帮助下脱险。鬼子投降后，华以为天下太平了，携好友再参赛时才发现，天下乌鸦一般黑。解放后，人民真正当家做主，华已是有名的教练，他培养儿子华小龙（于洋 饰）成为运动健将，并获全国蛙泳冠军。国际田联规定蛙泳中取消潜泳，华小龙没被困难吓倒，他摒弃了祖传的习惯，在专家的指导和自身刻苦努力下，终于在不久后打破了蛙泳的世界纪录......。
