廉政公署调查主任骆一峰，受命调查创业银行高层利用加密币造市的贪污案件。嫌疑人何进涛却离奇车祸身亡，线索被迫中断。骆一峰只好找到盖币交易平台设计师徐心，希望她帮忙黑进平台进行搜索，同时安排卧底入职银行。通过调查，廉署发现银行存在财政问题，银行话事人宋子文、宋子轩和二妈之间也因为卖银行问题明争暗斗。就在此时，卧底被人殴打昏迷，徐心也因黑进平台被黑衣人攻击。骆一峰制服黑衣人后审出何进涛私吞盖币一事，而宋家也决定趁贪污案发酵前卖掉银行还清债务。但银行拍卖还未成功，宋子轩和二妈就接到宋子文被绑架求赎金的消息……。An under-appreciated, over worked assistant entrusted with a million dollar necklace races to find out which of his friends betrayed him, as he battles a desperate criminal duo bent on stealing the necklace.
