由人类改造而成的“水之星球”AQUA上，有一座著名的观光城市“新威尼斯”。15岁的水无灯里（叶月绘理乃 配音）从地球来到新威尼斯，憧憬着成为一名帅气的领航员，“领航员”的主要工作是划着凤尾舟载着游客领略水城的美景。她在一所叫亚利亚的领航公司中担任领航员工作，她先后结识了蓝华、爱丽丝等好友，还遇上被称为“三大水精灵”之一的艾丽西亚前辈。 身为“半熟手”的灯里，尽管还不能熟练地出航招待客人，但她每一天都为梦想而努力着。在水之城新威尼斯上，乐天派的灯里和她的朋友们经历着各种各样的新鲜事，从这些与地球全然不同的际遇中，灯里渐渐地意识到要成为一名出色的领航员意味着什么。。1937年左右，中国大地上政治风云变幻，北平更是被日本的铁蹄践踏的千疮百孔。京剧武生袁志勇号称京城第一武生，是京城的红角儿，北平的老百姓都十分喜爱袁志勇的戏。就连日本人也不例外，日本驻北平特派史中野良木和他的女儿中野爱就是其中之一，中野爱在北平化名为付小爱，并常常穿着中国女孩的服装来听袁志勇唱戏，渐渐对袁志勇产生了爱慕之心……。In this bitingly satirical film Peter Slovan, a continuous source of trouble for the film functionaries of the socialist Slovakia, tackles an evergreen topic – the corruptive effects of power. Barnabáš Kos, a triangle player at a symphonic orchestra, is suddenly promoted to serve as the head of the said institution, even though both he and his superiors deem him completely unfit for the task. Encouraged in equal parts by this unexpected recognition and the servile praise of his colleagues, Kos’s modesty starts to gradually vanish. The erstwhile bashful and aloof percussionist quickly becomes aware of the advantages of his new office, and begins to realise his increasingly ludicrous artistic ambitions. Ultimately, the submissive marionette turns into a source of public humiliation, and his astonishing career finds an abrupt end. Orchestra serves here as a microcosm that grotesquely reflects the absurd and tragicomic mechanisms of the paranoid apparatus of power.
