FBI探员马尔科姆最近很高兴地得知自己的继子特伦特刚刚被杜克大学录取。然而特伦特却对升学毫无兴趣，只想签一份唱片合同，未成年的他唯有求助于马尔科姆。马尔科姆当然不同意，况且他正忙着一个重要案件，为了追踪一名俄黑帮成员，马尔科姆的一名线人在任务中牺牲，储存有重要信息的内存驱动器也下落不明，唯一的线索是驱动器的一个副本被藏在乔治亚州女子艺术学校。而另一边，不愿放弃的特伦特决定在马尔科姆执行任务途中继续争取他签下合同。然而一次突发事件让他们的身份暴露，马尔科姆只好又使出了他的拿手好戏，再次伪装成雪莉的祖母，还把特伦特伪装成了自己的大侄女。至此，一场笑料百出又紧张刺激的卧底好戏上演了…… 本片为美国犯罪喜剧电影《卧底肥妈》续集。。Trevor is 'between jobs'.
